			'Supremes de Volaille Archiduc'  or, chicken breast with paprika, onions and cream.
A simple oven bake of chicken with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
The sauce is onion, butter, paprika, salt & pepper, broth, vermouth and whole cream.
Served on saffron rice.
