To bring this back to somewhat of a Halloween related topic, have you ever read World War Z? It's the sequel to The Zombie Survival Guide, in which the author assembles a collection of first person accounts of the Zombie Apocalypse. I loved the way Max Brooks, the author (and Mel's son), without ever naming them, alluded to President Colin Powell and Vice President Howard Dean. If you haven't yet, it's worth a read.

i've been meaning to pick both of them up!! maybe 2 things that might get slammed on my christmas list :)
